During my recent two-week stay at Kawasaki Daiichi, I was genuinely impressed by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations in every way. The staff's exceptional service stood out, particularly when they swiftly arranged for me to move to a smoking room the day after my arrival, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The convenience of the laundry room on the 8th floor and the availability of a microwave made my long stay far more manageable, allowing me the comfort of home. the free wi-fi in my room was reliable and fast, which was essential for my work needs.
